Booking, cancellation and privacy

Booking and payment
Prices are per couple and exclude GST. After we confirm your date, you pay 50% of the total to hold the table. The balance is due 48 hours before your dinner, when we lock your menu and assign your host.
Cancellation and date changes
- 7 days or more before the dinner: full refund of the deposit.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before: free change to another date within 6 months.
- Less than 48 hours before: no refund or change, except for weather.
Weather
Every outdoor venue has a covered backup space. If rain or rough sea is forecast six hours before your dinner, you choose the backup space or a free date change. If we cancel for safety reasons, you get a full refund or a new date.
Alcohol
Alcohol is served only by the venue under its own licence and only to guests of legal drinking age, who may be asked for ID. We may refuse service to anyone who is unwell or intoxicated.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email and booking details only to plan and confirm your dinner. We share the minimum needed with the venue and artists for your booking. We do not sell your data. To see or delete what we hold, email info@bestgoadeals.com.

Can I cancel?

Payments go through a secure payment gateway to Best Tourism Deals India Pvt Ltd, a registered Goa company, and you get a GST invoice.
