How long is the gift voucher valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. The couple can book any available date in that time.
How is the voucher delivered?
We send a designed voucher on WhatsApp or email, either to you or straight to the couple on a date you choose.
Can the voucher be used for any experience?
Yes. The value can go towards any setting and add-ons. If the evening costs more, they pay the difference.
Is the gift voucher refundable?
Vouchers are not refundable, but the couple can move their booking date for free up to 48 hours before.
Can I add flowers or a cake to the gift?
Yes. Mention it in the message field and we will include it in the voucher value.
